The Cabin

Completely self-contained and relocatable this cabin is designed to fit in beautifully with it’s rural Marlborugh setting. Built off-site for ease of construction and then taken to site once completed, it was a fun project for our guys to be involved with.

Making use of X-Lam flooring with Formance panel Wall and Roof panels, the “shell” is strong yet light weight. The cladding is Macrocarpa weather board, milled from the owners own trees, while the Galvinised Roofing gives it a classic Kiwi feel. Formance panels were left unlined on the inside and painted to avoid doubling -up on linings. Makes what would surely be a comfortable and classy nights sleep.

Not that you would ever get tired of the vineyard views, but worst case fold up the back deck and move on to somewhere new.
