Mid‑Build Passive House Open Home - Havelock 21/03

Come and walk through a mid‑build passive house in Havelock and see how high‑performance design comes together on site.

During this small‑group tour, we will cover:

  • What a passive house is and why it matters in Marlborough

  • How the envelope, windows and doors, and ventilation routes are detailed

  • How we handle thermal bridges and airtightness in practice

You will be guided through the home, have time to ask questions on site, and chat with key suppliers about their products and systems. Light refreshments and finger food are included.

Places are strictly limited to 10 people per session. Please choose either the 1 pm or 2 pm tour when registering.

Session 1: 1:00 pm – 1:50 pm

Session 2: 2:00 pm – 2:50 pm
